Our event unfolds with a welcome and trading update from Wesley McGovern and Dan Ellis, and impactful insights from our stellar sales leaders, followed by product leaders unveiling key opportunities for the year ahead.

Gamma’s Managing Director, Daryl Pile, will join us to present  a comprehensive analysis of the current market. Pragma’s Will Morey, gives us an exclusive introduction into their new offering, Contact Centre, delving into the intricacies of this transformative feature.

The apex of our summit arrives with Giacom’s COO, Nathan Marke, as he explores SMB customer’s wallet share, navigating the reseller to MSP transition, and maximising sales with the Microsoft stack. Discover the power within different licensing features, including Intune and the much-hyped Co-Pilot, adding a new dimension to your strategic toolkit.

Hotel parking is available on a first come, first serve basis. There are also several NCP’s close to the hotel and taxi/Uber services are readily available.

For those of you staying overnight at the Hilton, please check your luggage at reception and it will be stored securely until your room is ready.

The Hilton’s Living Well facilities will be available for those that wish to freshen up, this includes the pool, sauna, steam room and showers (towels available onsite) and spa. Spa treatments will need to be pre-booked directly with the hotel spa and costs will not be covered by Focus Group.
