Are the Sales Summit and Après Ski Club events being held at the same venues?
Yes. Both events are being held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Brighton Metropole.
Do I need to attend the Sales Summit?
All salespeople, Groupwide, are required to attend the Sales Summit where possible.
Will transport be provided?
Transport will be provided/reimbursed for all employees travelling from our regional office locations whether you are travelling by air, train, coach or car.
Will accommodation be provided?
Accommodation will be provided for all employees travelling from our regional office locations. Rooming is based on a bed and breakfast basis.
Will I get my own room?
Focus Group operate a room sharing ‘buddy system’, employees are required to share a twin room with a colleague of mutual choice. If you have a question about the buddy system and exceptions for new starters, please contact ellie.mccurdy@focusgroup.co.uk.
Are these events free to attend?
Yes. Both the Sales Summit and Après Ski Club events are complimentary staff events. All food, drinks and entertainment are included within the event timings.
What is the dress code for the Sales Summit?
Business smart.
What is the dress code for Après Ski Club?
Dress to impress! This is a formal event, please no trainers, t-shirts or shorts. Full black tie is not required, salopettes and faux fur optional.
Will the events be filmed or photographed?
Yes. By attending our company events, you agree that photographs and video may be taken, and your image may be captured.
Can I bring a plus one?
No. These events are for Focus Group and Focus Group partner employees only.
I have a food allergy
Yes. All dietary requirements will be covered. Please make the Hilton service team aware of your dietaries when prompted and they will point you in the right direction. Please note, the Hilton is not a nut-free hotel.
I have a disability
We endeavour to ensure that our events are as accessible and inclusive as possible for all employees. Please include details within your registration and we will reach out directly.
I do not drink alcohol; will soft drinks be available?
Yes, there will be a range of non-alcoholic drinks available.
I am a remote worker. How will I travel to Brighton?
Please register as a remote worker via the ‘Register now’ form and a member of the team will be in touch to discuss your options.
