We’ll kick off the night with the renowned #thisisfocus Awards, part of our initiative to recognise and celebrate members of the team who have demonstrated exceptional performance over the year to date. As always, we’ll be joined by a comedic host who will get those endorphins going and set the tone of the evening- stay tuned for the reveal!
Bundle up for the ultimate mountaintop celebration! We’re not just marking milestones at Focus Group – we’re warming up the alpine lodge with the spirit that makes us who we are. Strap on your snow boots and get ready to heat up the dance floor, because Ski Club is about to open for business, and you won’t want to miss a single powder-perfect moment!

Dress to impress! This is a formal event, please no trainers, t-shirts or shorts. Full black tie is not required, salopettes and faux fur optional.

Full itineraries including transport and accommodationwill be created for all regional and remote teams. This is quite the task, so please bear with us while we work through these and keep a look out for further comms.
Accommodation will be provided for all staff travelling from our regional offices, this includes all remote workers. This will be arranged by the events team based on your event registration – no further action is required. Full itineraries will be released shortly.
For staff based locally who wish to stay overnight, we have secured discounted corporate rates at both the Hilton and the Maldron, which is just around the corner from where the event is being held.
